Professional Contract Services, Inc. (“PCSI,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a nonprofit headquartered in Austin, Texas that provides support services to hospitals, military bases, and private-sector clients throughout the United States. Our mission is to enhance the lives of people with disabilities through employment, advocacy, and partnerships.
This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and share information we collect on our website www.pcsi.org (“Site”) effective as of the date posted above. By using the Site and submitting information you agree that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Policy.
Information collected and how it is used.
We automatically collect information when you visit the Site including your device’s IP address, and statistics about how you use the Site, such as the pages you visit and the amount of time you spend on our Site. We use this information to improve the performance and experience of our Site visitors. This includes improving search results, showing more relevant content and promotional materials, better communication, and improved Site performance.
We may collect information about you that you submit when visiting the Site which may include your name, email or postal address, and telephone number. Security.

If we receive instructions using your log-in information we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

Our operations are limited to the United States; we do not target or solicit Site visitors from outside the United States. Our Site is maintained on servers located in the United States, and personal information submitted is stored on our servers in the United States. Your California Privacy Rights. California residents with an established relationship with us are permitted by California law once a year to request information about the manner in which we shared certain categories of information with others for their marketing purposes during the prior calendar year.
