PCSI Scholarship Program

Offers needs-based scholarships for dependents—spouses, children, and grandchildren—of full-time employees to pursue higher education, empowering personal and professional growth through academic achievement.

Grandchildren may only be approved if you are financially responsible for the child and they are residing at your home.

Supporting Excellence through Education Program (Tuition Reimbursement)

Advances the skills and knowledge of employees for their personal growth.

Employees with 30+ days of employment at 30 hours per week are eligible for reimbursing educational expenses for job-relevant certificate and degree programs.

Employee Emergency Relief Fund (EERF)

Provides financial assistance to employees and their immediate families facing unexpected hardships or emergencies, offering support during challenging times.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Offers confidential counseling, resources, and support services to help employees manage personal and work-related challenges, promoting overall well-being and resilience.

Family Fund Program

Provides disability-related financial assistance for employees or their dependents to purchase various disability support equipment to maintain or improve functional capability.
