Talent at PCSI
Our Workforce Development team recruits, assesses, trains, and supports our employees throughout their careers at PCSI. Before hiring, we plan necessary accommodations such as assistive technology, interpretive services, ergonomic furnishings, or allowances for breaks or healthcare appointments. These supports enable people with disabilities to participate in the workforce, contribute to the economy, and gain independence.
At PCSI, we believe disability should never limit career advancement. We work with each employee to set short- and long-term goals and design training and job tasks to meet their desired career path. Many hourly employees have advanced to leadership, supervisory, and management roles, with 80% of our contract management team having started in hourly positions.
